Gina Butson entered into the Mortgage industry back in 2000 at Green Point Mortgage in Marin. Moving up the ladder from data entry all the way to Senior Mortgage Underwriter in 2007. The market meltdown in 2008 sent Gina to the Retail industry for the next 5 years. Where she held many positions including Assistant Manager and Market Investigator for one of the largest retail stores in the US.
Gina decided to take a chance in 2012 and get back into the mortgage industry running a scenario desk at mortgage company in Marin. Promoted to underwriter came quickly and Gina found herself back in the game!
2015 took on a roll as scenario desk and product implementation Specialist at Land Home Financial Services. Here Gina helped hundreds of loan officers structure their loans and became well versed in all the guidelines from Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA and even Non-QM programs.
2019 while working at Land Home Financial Gina transitioned into sales and became a Loan Officer. Gina loved helping her clients obtain financing and helping make their dreams of Home ownership a Reality. Quickly Gina found herself opening her own satellite branch in Pittsburg where she became the Branch Manager.
Hello 2020!! The end of 2020 Gina was recruited by Bruce and his son Wolfgang Croskey to become their Listing/Selling Agent.
Gina Butson TODAY…
Transitioning into a Realtor® role was easy for me because it was everything I felt I had been training for without knowing it. Working in the mortgage industry for 20 years gave me the experience, confidence and drive to be a Top Agent here in Pittsburg.
My first year as a Realtor® my team and I helped over 20 families either Sell, Buy (sometimes both) and not to mention the numerous Relocations out of state! Teaming up with Bruce Croskey Real Estate was the best decision I made not only for myself…but for my clients as well. GO TEAM!
All my love,
Gina Butson
